Maintaining the health, wellness and safety of the residents and staff at Meadow Ridge Senior Living continues to be our number one priority.  At this time, our residences remain closed to non-essential visitors.  However, effective March 15, 2021, we are implementing the following visitation policy for those who are fully vaccinated:

  • Fully vaccinated means: – You have received both doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccination AND you are two weeks beyond your second dose. -You have received the single dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccination AND you are two weeks beyond this single dose.
  • All visits (in person or virtual) must continue to be scheduled ahead of time according to our current visiting hour schedule. Contact the facility during normal business hours (8 am – 5 pm) to arrange a visit.
  • All in person visitors must be screened by facility staff before entering the building. If a visitor has any symptom at the time of the visit and/or a temperature of 100.0 or higher – the visit will need to be postponed. Symptoms include: Cough, Congestion, Runny Nose, Fever or Chills, Sore throat, Shortness of Breath or difficulty breathing, Muscle/body aches, New loss of taste or smell, Headache, Fatigue, Nausea/Vomiting, Diarrhea
  • Hand hygiene will be completed when entering and exiting the facility.
  • Up to 2 visitors will be allowed at a time. All visitors are required to produce documentation of type and dates of vaccination prior to scheduling the visit.
  • All visitors will be required to wear a mask when entering and moving throughout the building.
  • Once screened, facility staff will escort you directly to your loved one’s room where you should remain for the entire visit. Staff will escort visitors out.  While in your loved one’s room we encourage continued use of masks and social distancing by both resident and visitor.
  • We ask that you do not spend time in the common areas – dining rooms, hallways, living rooms, great room, activity room.
  • The visits may last up to 1 hour.
  • No pet visits at this time.
  • A resident in isolation or quarantine may not have visits at this time.

The following visitation policy remains in effect for unvaccinated visitors:

  • Up to 2 people are allowed to visit inside the building in designated areas only.
  • The visit must be scheduled in advance.
  • Visitors will be screened according to federal, state and local guidelines.
  • Everyone must wear a mask and stay 6 feet apart.

We continue to accept new admissions.  Virtual tours are available and in-person tours may be arranged under certain circumstances.
