Ladies from Meadow Ridge and Meadow View hold up their Easter baskets

The weather at the beginning of March was lovely, so folks got some fresh air and exercise outside. Then it got cold and dreary again, but folks stayed busy inside! They sampled and learned about brain foods like broccoli and blueberries, celebrated Pi Day by making and eating Pistachio Pudding Pie, and enjoyed shamrock shakes and green beer for St. Patrick’s Day. As Easter approached, there were Easter eggs to decorate and Peep Houses to make. Staff also put together an Easter Egg Hunt. Folks planted green beans that will be transplanted to the garden in the spring and took a couple scenic drives. A big thank you to members from New Life Community Church in Baraboo for the lap afghans, cards and snacks they delivered, and to The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 26 for the Easter gifts and cards. We so appreciate your thoughtfulness! To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
