January was COLD, but that didn’t stop some of the ladies from starting the New Year off with lunch at Log Cabin Restaurant in Baraboo. Afterward they took a spin around Devil’s Lake to see the winter wonderland. A change of scenery is always fun! Inside things were warm and busy. A Winterwear Fashion Show at Meadow View was absolutely adorable, and a visit from a furry friend from the Sauk Humane Society was very snuggly. There were also games to play and quilts to tie. A huge thank you to Chef Lori Greenwood from Bekah Kate’s in Baraboo for leading a cooking class! She was a great teacher, helping everyone make delicious cookies and a retro Seven-Layer Pea Salad. We so appreciate our community friends! To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
