June started with staff member Melody hosting a paint party. She’s so talented! Thank you to Neat-O’s Bake Shoppe in Baraboo for treats for National Donut Day, and to Baraboo First United Methodist Church for inviting us to watch the Circus Parade from their church lawn. What a fun day! Working with the parachute helps keep upper bodies strong, and playing “Grandma’s Junk Drawer” keeps minds sharp. “Wisconsin Week” meant polka dancing, kringle and Brandy Old Fashioneds, and visits from the child care kiddos and the Baraboo Seniors Line Dancers brought so many smiles! Thank you to Elks Lodge 688 for Father’s Day gift bags and to Marian's grandson, Tyler, for bringing in some super cool Nerf guns. We’re loving life in Baraboo!
