Folks got out on a nice early spring day and visited the wonderful Ochsner Park Zoo in Baraboo. What fun to see all the animals and reminisce about past visits. It’s a local treasure! Sweet puppy LeRoy and little Alphie came to visit from the Sauk County Humane Society and melted everyone’s heart. So did our monthly visit from pet therapy friend Murphy and his human, Kathy. April is Volunteer Appreciation Month, so staff and residents celebrated our dedicated volunteer Jenna. We so appreciate her sharing her time! Giant Kickball and dancing kept bodies moving and tabletop games kept minds sharp – plus they’re fun! The first ride of the season on the Merrimac Ferry rounded out the month.
